I keep all detections in a git “single source of truth” and auto-sync them to the SIEM/EDR, then tag every alert with MITRE technique and owner on a Grafana board. The board is a simple ATT&CK heatmap plus open alerts by system, which cuts noise and makes gaps obvious — if you can’t centralize data, at least centralize ownership.
