Navigating cybersecurity job interviews

But i’ve been on the hunt for cybersecurity roles lately, and the technical interviews have been quite intense… Some companies focus heavily on threat modeling and real-world scenarios, which is great, but I sometimes wonder if they place too much emphasis on theory over practical knowledge. Has anyone else experienced this? How do you prepare for those tricky questions?

I get what you mean; it feels like some interviews are all about the theories, like trying to build a house without knowing how to use a hammer! I like to work on practical labs, like those on TryHackMe or Hack The Box, to sharpen my skills for real-world applications. Have you tried any hands-on exercises to boost your confidence?
